It's Lady Salina, meow~!

Finally line-art and colored in a picture I drew earlier this (school) year. She's a character for a series that I write; she's actually an elf, but was born without their typical pointy ears and was as a result ostracized by other elves until she found a friendly home to live in. The cat ears and tail are created by magic, she just found them to be cute, but they don't serve any purpose otherwise.
